Where We Are

Our Visitor Center is located underneath the Chart House Restaurant at One Cameron Street, Lower Level. We’re on the river side, across from the water taxi. All our tours, happy hours and cruises start at our Visitor Center – all guests must check in here.

If taking Metro, exit at the King Street station and board the free King Street trolley. The trolley stop is located across from the Hilton at the King Street Gardens Park. Ride the trolley all the way to the waterfront, then walk north on the marina boardwalk until you come to the river side of Chart House Restaurant where the water taxi stop is located.

If driving, there are several parking garages and metered parking on Union Street, the street closest to the Old Town Marina. Parking in the garages generally costs $2.50 an hour and metered parking is $3.50 an hour.
