Set sail aboard Tall Ship Providence! Help the crew haul lines to set the sails, visit the Captain’s Cabin and explore the hold to see where sailors lived and learn what life was like aboard a tall ship during the 18th century or simply sit back and relax with a drink from the ship’s bar.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

  • All guests must have a ticket, including infants.
  • This experience takes place in the modern-day, with our modern-day crew. If you are interested in experiencing an interactive historical tour with costumed interpreters, check out our Dockside Tours.
  • Providence sails rain or shine. Check the weather the day of your tour and dress accordingly. In the event of severe weather, such as thunderstorms or extremely high winds, refer to our Weather Policy.
  • Providence is a working ship, and access to the upper and lower decks are via short ladders. We recommend wearing flat shoes that are easy to climb and explore in.
  • Providence departs promptly at the scheduled time. Check-in begins 15 minutes before the sail. Refunds will not be issued for passengers who miss departure.
  • Tickets are nonrefundable.
