Some ships will be unavailable to tour at certain times due to sailing schedule (please reference the list of sails below). A tour ticket is good all day while the ships are open for deck tours.

Tickets will be available for advance purchase online and onsite.
If you have purchased your tour tickets online, please go to Will Call at the Information Booth to check in and receive a color-coded bracelet that will be your pass to board all three ships. Ticket purchasers must tour all three ships on the same day.
If you have purchased advanced tickets for a sail, you must go to Will Call at the Information Booth to check in and receive a color-coded bracelet that will be your pass to board for your cruise. Check in for cruises start 30 minutes before cruise departure. All guests must check in at least 10 minutes before sail departure time.
Merchandise for all three vessels will be available at the Information Booth, which is located at Susan Campbell Park, pick up from original content.
The Information Booth will be located at Susan Campbell Park, City Dock and Burtis House Docks: 1 Dock Street Annapolis, MD 21401.

All ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable unless a tour or cruise is canceled or delayed. All ticket prices include a $1.50 processing fee, so while we can refund the cost of a ticket, we cannot refund the fee for processing either the purchase or the refund.
In the event that we are unable to host a scheduled tour or cruise every effort will be made to reschedule. If that is not possible, a refund will be issued within 72 hours for the original ticket price (minus a $3 processing fee) via the means of purchase (i.e., credit card or Pay Pal). Ticket prices include a $1.50 processing fee, so while we can refund the cost of a ticket, we cannot refund the fee for processing either the purchase or the refund.
For Cruises that are delayed for less than an hour, no refunds will be issued.
For Cruises that must be shortened due to weather concerns, if at least one hour of the cruise has taken place before the Captain decides the ship must return to the dock, the cruise will be considered to have taken place and no refunds will be issued. If less than one hour of the cruise has taken place, we will issue a refund within 72 hours for 50% of the original ticket price (minus a $3 processing fee) via the means of purchase (i.e., credit card or Pay Pal).
If a Cruise must be shortened due to passenger misbehavior, no refunds will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone deemed intoxicated.
Weapons of any kind are prohibited aboard the ship.
