Book a Private Happy Hour or event to enjoy refreshing libations and delicious catered food with your guests while relaxing on the decks of Providence. Tall Ship Providence has partnered with local restaurants to offer a variety of options for your event. From beautiful hors d’eouvre spreads to individually boxed meals, we have the perfect accompaniment for your event. Our sales director will coordinate all food and beverage arrangements to make your experience relaxing and enjoyable.

Details

    • All food is prepared to order by our local restaurant partners using the freshest ingredients possible.
    • All food selections are served either chilled or room temperature during your charter.
    • The Tall Ship Providence Crew will handle all presentation and clean-up of your catering while you sit back and relax with a cold beverage.
    • Listed prices include all paper goods such as plates, napkins, forks, etc, and all food is displayed with appropriate baskets and platters as needed.
    • Our sales director will make all catering arrangements with our restaurant partners on your behalf.

For private charters, the bar can be set up as a cash bar or pre-paid by the host at a per person rate. Choose from our Signature or Premium packages. Contact our sales director for package details.

Our cash bar will offer a specially selected variety of the following:

    • Local Craft Beer
    • Domestic and imported Beers
    • Hard Cider
    • Wine
