Tall Ship Providence is deeply committed to the health and safety of its employees, partners and guests.  In accordance with local health mandates, we have adopted the following measures to reduce the risk of virus transmission:

• Monitoring the health of employees on a daily basis to include wellness check-ins and temperature checks
• Our Visitor Center, Gift Shop and ship will be thoroughly disinfected on all touch surfaces after each tour group
• All staff will be wearing masks during the tour and will be observing a physical distance of at least 6 feet between themselves and guests
• All guests will be required to wear masks while in our Visitor Center, Gift Shop, and during tours
• Reduced guest capacity for each tour and event to allow for physical distancing
• Hand Sanitizer stations located in our building and on the ship

Tall Ship Providence is a participant of the Alexandria Promise program which means that we have:

• Participated in training with an AHD Environmental Health Specialist on the requirements to reopen our business
• Trained all of our employees on the safety measures needed for a safe reopening
• Submitted a completed checklist, training record and pledge commitment to ensure the safety of its employees and staff
• Agreed to follow all future applicable health guidance as Alexandria enters new phases of reopening
